Norm Drotning is extremely knowledgeable about Prescott Valley. Prescott Valley is beautiful with its sweeping grassland and desert landscapes. The soil in Prescott Valley has specific properties that require precautions are taken to ensure the site is prepared properly. We will consult with a geologist to be sure all necessary measures are taken before even starting on the foundation. This is not a process on which we can take any shortcuts. Norm learned all about construction from his grandfather and a close family friend. He also completed a four-year carpenter apprenticeship program and worked with master craftsmen to perfect his craft. Norm has over 40 years’ experience and he has learned from and worked with the best in the field.
